Making Therapy Accessible
I believe everyone deserves access to mental health care. Over the years, I have worked with clients from many different socioeconomic backgrounds and understand how difficult it can be when financial barriers get in the way of receiving support.
My hope is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and able to access care when they need it most.
Education and background
I received my undergraduate degree in Child Development from San Diego State University and went on to earn my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.During my training toward licensure, I gained meaningful experience working with homeless families, as well as families navigating the CPS process. I began private practice in July 2012, became licensed in 2013, and opened Katie West Therapy in July 2014.

Session fees are 150 per 60 minute hour.
